Your calculations and selected files are processed in your browser.
Financial inputs
Salary, employment dates, pension service, scheme balances, loan amounts and other form values are not sent to an application server. The tools do not add these figures to URLs, cookies or local storage. They remain in the current page, subject to your browser’s form-restoration behaviour.
Images and PDF files
Selected images are read on your device for previews, compression, resizing or PDF creation. The application does not upload them to a server. Temporary previews and results remain available while the page is open. Clear all removes selected files and generated results from the page. Close the tab when finished; downloaded files remain wherever your browser saved them.
Downloads, copying and printing
Downloads save images, ZIP archives, PDFs or loan schedules to a location controlled by your browser. Copying a gratuity summary places it on your clipboard only when you choose that action. Print / save PDF opens the browser print dialog. Downloaded or copied reports can contain private information; you control where they are stored and shared.
Hosting and external links
This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting may process technical information such as IP addresses, page requests, access checks, traffic measurements and security logs separately from tool inputs. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Sites terms for platform information.
Links to official sources and other external websites are subject to those websites’ privacy policies. ToolPaxa does not load external fonts, advertising scripts or application-level analytics scripts. The hosting platform may provide its own traffic analytics and access cookies.
This release
ToolPaxa has no payment collection, subscriptions, marketing forms or advertising in this release. If advertising or additional data collection is added, this notice and any required consent controls will need to be updated before those features operate.
