About Organize PDF
Arrange PDF pages into the document you need. Start with one PDF or add several source files, then reorder, rotate, duplicate or remove their pages in a visual page grid. The saved PDF copies original page content rather than converting it into pictures.
How to use Organize PDF
- Choose your PDFs, or continue with results from Merge, Split or Images to PDF.
- Drag pages into position or use their up/down buttons. Rotate, duplicate or delete individual pages; select pages for batch rotation or deletion.
- Use Undo or Redo for recent edits, or Reset pages to restore the original source order. Choose Download as one PDF for every remaining page, or Download selected pages to combine only checked pages into one document in the order shown. Preview it or continue to Merge, Split or PDF to JPG without uploading again.

When this tool is useful
Reorder a scanned packet, remove unwanted report pages, combine attachments in reading order or correct sideways pages. Review the downloaded document before sharing it, especially when the originals contain complex annotations or navigation.
Frequently asked questions
Does organizing turn my PDF into images?
No. Thumbnails are images for preview only. The output copies original PDF pages and keeps their existing text and graphics.
How do I reorder pages on a phone or keyboard?
Use the up and down buttons on each page card. Drag-and-drop is also available in browsers that support it.
Can I download only the pages I select?
Yes. Check the pages you want, then use Download selected pages to combine them into one PDF in their current order. Download as one PDF includes every remaining page, whether checked or not.
Can I undo a deletion or reset the document?
Yes. Undo and Redo cover up to 20 recent arrangements. Reset pages restores the original pages of the PDFs currently loaded, removing duplicates and additional rotations.
Can I keep working with the result?
Yes. Continue to Merge, Split or PDF to JPG in the same tab. Compatible outputs are handed forward without another upload; destination limits still apply.
Privacy, compatibility and limits
Up to 20 unencrypted source PDFs, 50 MB total, 200 source pages and 200 output pages. The saved output is capped at 100 MB. Interactive forms, signature widgets and encrypted PDFs are rejected. Document bookmarks and attachments are not carried across. Previews load as pages come into view; preview failure does not remove the original page. Files stay in browser memory, without server processing or persistent file storage. Use a current JavaScript-enabled browser with module workers; download before closing, reloading or using browser back/forward navigation.
